The shop

Catalog photos, specs, and prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may correct errors, drop a style, or refuse an order that looks fraudulent. Title and risk pass when the carrier accepts the parcel.

Accounts

You are responsible for the password on any account you create. Do not scrape the catalog or overload the checkout. We may suspend access that harms other customers or the store.

Intellectual property

DannerC names, boot last drawings, and site copy belong to Willamette Ridge Bootworks LLC. You may not copy the storefront or reuse product photography without written permission.

Limitation

The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some states do not allow those limits; in that case they apply only as far as permitted.
