Returns

Unworn DannerC boots and gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original box, tags, and packing slip. Footwear that shows trail wear, oil, or fit stretching after outdoor use is not a standard return — that is a recraft or warranty conversation.

Start a return by emailing [email protected] with your order number. We will send a label for U.S. ground returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method after the warehouse inspects the pair.

Exchanges

Size and width exchanges follow the same 30-day window. If the new size is in stock we ship it as soon as the original pair is scanned in.

Warranty

Workmanship defects — open seams, failed stitch, or a shank that lets go under normal use — are covered. This is not a wear-out policy. Outsoles, leather scuffs, and water spots from the job are expected. If a pair fails early, photograph the issue and write us before sending it in.

Recraftable styles can often be resoled instead of replaced. See the recrafting page for how to pack a worn pair.
